A managed lead is any inbound contact that LeadLatch AI engages with automated outreach, qualification, or booking. Duplicate entries from the same contact are counted once.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the higher tier. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monthly lead limit?
Additional leads are handled at $0.30 per lead above your plan limit. You will never lose a lead, and overages are billed at the end of the month.
